Filippo studies and practices Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, Ayurvedic massage, Thai and Chinese Reflexology and Thai Yoga Massage since 1996. He studied in India, Thailand, China and Japan, and followed many training courses to become a teacher in yoga, thai yoga massage, reflexology and reiki. He has been teaching all around the world and sharing all his studies and experience with thousands of students. In his words: "May all living beings be happy and free from diseases and suffering".
