Being Gathering is an inclusive festival and we want to offer even better conditions to those who live with disabilities.

As you know, Being Gathering takes place in the midst of nature, in the far reaches of the Portuguese countryside. During Summer, intense heat and the arid terrain make conditions even more challenging.

Access Requirement Form

This is an online form that is made available closer to the festival dates. Once you access it, pay attention to the submission deadlines. The form must be completed by 5 June.

Here, blue badge holders or those with mobility impairments, advanced pregnant, the elderly and attendees with any kind of condition, temporary or permanent, can specify their needs so that we can best meet them.

This is also a way to manage supply and demand, assuring there is no overbooking of the required services.

To complete the process, please provide supporting documentation to validate your request for your chosen facilities. This can be a letter from a doctor or other medical professional verifying your condition, a certificate, a blue badge, etc.

Please note that the Access Requirement Form is not a guarantee for accessibility, instead it is an application, subject to approval.
