Osteopathy, Tui Na Massage

I am Alexandre Poças, a licensed Osteopath (C-0032647), with clinical practice dedicated to the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal, visceral and craniosacral dysfunctions, as well as gynaecological and obstetric care, paediatric osteopathy, prevention and wellbeing, providing personalised support for each patient. My background also includes training in Tui Na, a therapeutic massage technique from Traditional Chinese Medicine, which enriches my manual and integrative approach. In addition, I hold complementary certification in Naturopathy (C-002668), which broadens my global perspective on health, although I currently practise mainly in the field of Osteopathy. I believe that each person is unique and should be supported individually, with attention not only to symptoms, but also to the root causes of imbalances, thereby promoting a lasting process of recovery, prevention and well-being.
