Alexandre Poças is an osteopath currently completing a degree in Osteopathy. His qualifications include therapies such as Manipulative and Osteopathic Techniques, Tui Na Massage, Diet Therapy and Nutrition, Human Genetics, Orthomolecular and Blood Group Diet, Aromatherapy, Homeopathy, Iridology, Phytotherapy, Western Drainage Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Hydrotherapy, and Auriculotherapy. Alexandre is accredited by APSANA – European Association for Natural Health Professionals. He also holds a professional licence in Naturopathy from ACSS. Alexandre is trained in Ayurvedic Tui Na, Homeopathic Mesotherapy, Yi Jing, and Reiki. He has practised shamanic journeys for two years and offers therapeutic massage at festivals such as Andanças and Boom.
