Lurdes Mendes is a Chinese Medicine therapist and shamanic healer with a deep connection to Eastern culture. After graduating in Chinese Medicine in Portugal, she travelled to China to refine her skills. Her holistic approach incorporates Acupuncture, Cupping, Tuina, Shiatsu, Relaxation Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage. With over 9 years of experience in Acupuncture and 6 years in Relaxation Massage, Lurdes also draws upon Shamanic rituals to bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. As a practitioner for over 15 years, she integrates these healing traditions to guide her clients on their journey towards love and flow in life.
