Piny Orchidaceae
Dance
Piny is an artist, architect, dancer, pedagogue and choreographer. In 1999, she started studying North African dances and later their contemporary fusions, and she has been deeply exploring street and clubbing dance cultures.
She founded Orchidaceae, presenting her work around the world. Currently, she's part of House of Revlon.
She's the creator of OU.kupa festival and deeply rooted in intersectionality through the study of Hatha Yoga, Vedanta, astrology, tarot and non-Eurocentric philosophies.
