Ayurveda Massage, Relaxing Massage
Rita Navalho is an Ayurveda therapist, graduated from the "Centro de Ayurveda" school in Lisbon and Bharat Heritage Services (India). Although her journey as a therapist began with osteopathy, it was Ayurveda that captured her heart due to its nature and history. Also trained in Reiki, Rita combines various therapies based on the physical and energetic body of each person. She operates therapy offices in Lisbon and Sardoal (Central Portugal), offering massages, consultations, Ayurvedic therapies, and guiding panchakarma treatments. She is passionate about healing through ancient, natural therapies provided by Mother Earth.
