Teresa offers a sensitive and intuitive therapeutic approach rooted in Systemic Family Constellations. Trained in both Systemic Family Constellations and Family Constellations with figurines, she has developed a personal method that integrates symbolic figurines and intuitive cards, creating a clear, visual, and deeply sensory experience. Her work is grounded in the understanding that our lives are shaped not only by personal experiences, but also by inherited family dynamics, unseen loyalties, and unconscious patterns carried across generations. In each individual, client-focused session, the figurines free from judgment, personal agenda, or ego serve as neutral messengers, allowing hidden dynamics and unresolved entanglements within the family system to gently emerge. Teresa works with over 200 figurines representing archetypal roles within the family system. Through their symbolic representation, placement, and the insights provided by the cards, clients externalize their inner story. This method allows them to observe their situation from a new perspective, opening the way to deeper understanding, meaningful integration, and lasting transformation.
